Meet the Millie Girls!

We have the best customers on the planet! Some are new to the Millie scene and some have been with us since day one! We want to feature ALL of you on our "Meet the Millie Girls" Weekly Blog! We know how fabulous you all LOOK in your Millie Duds, and we'd love to talk about who you all are as well!

We have such an awesomely wide customer base. Some of you are fresh out of high school and starting to explore the world of alternative fashion. Some of you are new moms wanting to still be you while adjusting to a new life and body. Some of you work in a corporate environment and refuse to blend into the cookie cutter crowd of suits. You are all so unique and wonderful and inspiring with so many different stories, but with one common thread... you are all Millie Girls!

Our first feature this week is Millie Girl, Kristen!

She has been a Millie Girl for 11 YEARS! Kristen is a Clinical Social Worker and Nutrition Coach who owns her own business here in Salem. She is also a runner and outdoor enthusiast who just ran the Boston Marathon! Kristen inspires us in so many ways; to be more kind and more aware of the women and children in our lives, to be healthy and respectful of our bodies, and to have fun with clothes!

Kristen says, "I've always loved fashion especially vintage fashion. I remember seeing the sign in the window of the original Modern Millie location on Washington St and being super excited for it to open. Ever since then I've loved being able to come in and find fun, unique clothes that fit me, with amazing personalized service. I always know I'll find the perfect thing to wear, and I love getting stopped on the street and complemented every time I wear an outfit from Millie's."
