Smocked bodice dress in navy and rust with full sleeves and a full skirt. The sleeves are long and full with an elastic and ruffle at the wrist. The bodice is smocked and has a keyhole button fastener at the back of the neck. This dress is lined , made of 100% Polyester.
So much stretch in the bodice and waist. Measurements taken at rest. We recommend sizing down at least 4" from your measurement or more!
