Kelly green midi dress with a tiered, full skirt and big bubble sleeves. The neckline is square and has a fully smocked bodice.
100% Cotton. The smocked bodice gives at least an additional 10 inches to the fit of the bust and waist. Plus size runs small, the 1X is fitting more like an XL.
