Black Floral Bubble Hem Mini Dress

Lightweight mini dress in black with a rainbow floral print and the best bubble sleeves! This dress has an elastic waist and an elastic band under the bust and a high neckline. The back has a triangle opening with the bottom having an elastic. There is a tie at the back neck and no other closures. This is fully lined with a bubble hem attaching the outer to the lining.

100% Cotton. Lined in 100% Polyester 

There is room in the bust due to the elastic at the bustline in the back and elastic waist, you will get a couple extra inches.
