Balloon Sleeve Mini Dress in Merlot

Balloon sleeve dress in a deep merlot red. This dress has a tie fastener at the front and back and an elastic waistband.  The bodice has a row of 4 buttons and is a V-neck.  The sleeves are full balloon with an elastic fastener at the wrist. Great with leggings dressed up or down or try belted! The skirt is full and tiered, reaches just above the knee.  The bodice and skirt are lined.  This is a looser fitting bodice.
