Super fun dress with a print of cats and cans of food. Some cats are sitting in the cans, some are on top, some are climbing, so much to see! Some of the panels will be going up and some down, not all will be in the same direction. This is a simple tank style with a smocked back panel and adjustable straps. The front buttons down all the way with black buttons. This dress is fully lined excluding the back smocked panel in cotton.
