Sleeveless vintage inspired dress in navy and white stripes with a rose pattern throughout. The bodice and pockets are finished with a white band of fabric. The buttons are decorative. The skirt is full and has exterior pockets. There is a zipper up the back for closure and the dress is not lined. There is some stretch to the fabric!
