Ivory & Blue Floral Bubble Sleeve Mini Dress

Mini dress with the best bubble sleeves! The fabric is ivory with a floral print in blue. This dress has an elastic waist and an elastic band under the bust.  There is an elastic edge to the neckline allowing you to wear the dress on or off the shoulder. This dress is fully lined with a tiny band of tulle on the skirt lining hem to add volume.  There are no closures and it has pockets. 

Fabric: 100% Cotton. Lining 100% Polyester

There is room in the bust due to the gathering  but it is not intended to be fitted, we suggest getting a size close to your bust measurement. The waist line will go up higher if you size down.
