Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and are here to help you with any questions. All US and domestic orders can be returned or exchanged. Please see below for procedures.

  • All returns must be received back within 14 days of delivery of your order and we will issue a refund.
  • After 14 days we will issue a store credit for any returns received.
  • We will not accept any returns received after 30 days. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages being sent to us by the customer. 
  • Please note that hosiery, petticoats, and masks are all final sale.


  • Contiguous US orders can be returned or exchanged if they are not used or final sale items, hosiery or petticoats.
  • At this time we are unable to offer international returns or exchanges because of the turn around time.
  • If you wish to make a return, simply use our Return Portal to generate a return shipping label. ALL ORDERS PLACED THROUGH FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM SHOP MUST BE RETURNED THROUGH OUR RETURN PORTAL.
  • Customers in Hawaii and Alaska must contact us by email for returns as the shipping cost is much higher than our typical $8 shipping label fee.
  • Our labels are downloaded digitally and need to be printed. If you do not have a printer, we would suggest bringing the return to any shipper of your own choice at your cost instead of using our return portal.

  • Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to not accept a return if it does not meet this criteria.
  • All 50% off or sale on sale items are FINAL SALE. Any items we deem unacceptable will be subject to a restocking fee of 30%-50% or denial.
  • Once your return is received it will take 1-4 days to be processed and for funds to appear in your account.
  • A shipping label fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund for returns.
  • Returns can be made for store credit or a refund. If a customer wishes to get a new item in place of the returned item they must purchase it separately and return their original item for a refund!


  • Exchanges are provided inside the Contiguous United States. We are unable to offer exchanges outside the United States or to Hawaii or Alaska due to the high shipping costs.
  • For exchanges, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) at letting us know your order number, the item you wish to exchange and any other details you wish to provide such as improper fit, etc. Exchanges must be received back within 14 days.
  • We will email a link to purchase the exchange label. The exchange label has an $8 fee and we pay to send the new item to you.
  • Once we receive your payment we will email your label during our office hours Mon-Fri, 10-5. Once we receive your item/s back, the replacement/s will be sent right away! 
  • Exchanges may be made for the same item in a different size only. Otherwise, a refund or store credit will be issued.
  • We do not perform exchanges for issues with pattern placement. We also cannot perform a second exchange on an item that has already been exchanged. 

Wrong or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately at so we may resolve your issue for you asap. 

Holiday Return Policy

  • Holiday gifts that are purchased from November 23rd through December 25th can be exchanged or returned for store credit up until January 7th. After this time period purchases will become Final Sale.
  • Any holiday purchases made before November 23rd are subject to our regular return policy.


  • Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to not accept a return if it does not meet this criteria. Any items that arrive damaged, with an odor, worn, or without tags are not eligible for return.

Sale Items

  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased during the time of a temporary sale can still be returned for Store Credit, Exchange or Refund within 14 days for the amount the customer paid during the sale.
  • Sale items marked down 50% or more as well as sale items purchased during a "sale on sale" coupon code promotion are all final sale.
  • If exchanging an item for the identical item in a different size, it will be an even exchange.
  • If exchanging for a different item, the new item will be the price it is listed for at the time of the purchase. The new item will not receive the same discount as the temporary sale if the temporary sale has ended.
  • We do not issue refunds for a difference in price on items purchased before the start of a sale.
  • If an item is purchased at full price and is at any later date placed on sale, the customer may not receive a refund for the amount of the discount. If a customer wishes to exchange an item in a different size, they may not receive a refund for the difference of the new sale price.
  • When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item, then applied to each item proportionately. If you choose to return any of the items, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item.
