We want you to be happy with your purchase and are here to help you with any questions. All US and domestic orders can be returned or exchanged. At this time we are unable to offer international returns or exchanges because of the turn around time.
Our returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery of your items.
Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to not accept a return if it does not meet this criteria.
All vintage and consignment items are FINAL SALE.
A return fee of $6 will be charged to return an item/ items. Please pack up your items in the original packaging and include your invoice and indicate with an R for return or an E for exchange which items you wish to return or exchange.
Email us at email@example.com if you would like to exchange an item. We often run out of items and want to ensure that one is waiting for you! You will not be charged a shipping fee to return an item but will be charged the usual shipping fee to send out the new item if there is one.
To return and item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for return, whether its fit or style, we want to know! Learning about our product is very important to us! We will then review during business hours and send you a return label via email. You can pop your return at any usps blue bin or hand it to a USPS representative or deliver it to one of their locations. Easy peasy.
Once your return is received it will take 3-5 days for funds to appear in your account. If you choose to have store credit, you will not be charged a return shipping fee.
Any items we need unacceptable will be subject to a restocking fee of 30%-50% or denial.
