Pheobe is a gorgeous plaid dress in lavender, warm rust, black, grey and white. There is a little stretch to this fabric. There is a short sleeve, pleated under bust and sweetheart neckline. There is a back zip and side pockets, unlined. Phoebe comes with the corresponding small detachable belt.
