Navy Ruffle Sleeve Smocked Maxi Dress by Molly Bracken
Navy maxi dress with flutter sleeves, a smocked waistband and a full, tiered maxi skirt. This dress is not lined and does not have closures. The bodice is a crossover surplice style and allows for a little extra wiggle room with fit.
100% Cotton, Fabric does not have stretch but the smocked panel adds up to 10 inches to the waist. The surplice bodice measurement is taken at rest, if you want a low V or higher size accordingly. I am 38/31 and the medium was the perfect fit.
