White Embroidered Flutter Sleeve Midi Dress

White futter sleeve, V-neck dress with white embroidered flowers throughout. This dress has a wide smocked waist band and a tiered skirt with pockets.  The back has a deep v with a tie fastener. 

Fabric: Self: 100% Polyester, Lining: 100% Polyester. Fabric itself does not have stretch.
