Blue floral and striped mixed print dress with scalloped edge and tie shoulder straps.  This dress has a smocked back panel for comfort and easy on and off and is fully lined. The skirt is midi length and has side pockets. The bodice has a white background with a green, orange and blue floral print and the skirt is blue and white striped.
