What is the cost to ship and order?

The cost for shipping is $8-$10 depending on weight for a purchase $149 and under and free for any purchase $150 and over. This shipping takes 4-9 buiness days. If you would like your order sooner but do not need overnight shipping, choose Express Shipping at checkout and your order will arrive in 2-3 business days. Please note that orders received after 12pm will be sent out the following business day. 

Can I get overnight shipping on an order?

Yes! Choose overnight delivery as your shipping method. Orders received after 12PM are shipped by the following business day.

How can I redeem my store credit or gift card?

Gift cards & Store Credit are not returnable or refundable for cash. Gift Cards & Store Credit can be used for purchases on our website and in store. Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Store credit is provided in U.S. Currency. We do not expire our gift cards or store credit. At checkout you will be promted to enter the code for your gift card or store credit.

How do your sizes run?

Most of our clothing is similar to junior sizing, however every brand and even dresses within a brand can fit differently. We greatly encourage you to contact us on the product page or at for measurements or styling advise!  When measurements are listed they are exact measurements that we made in the store so rest assured they are accurate!  

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and are here to help you with any questions. All US and domestic orders can be returned or exchanged if they are not used or final sale items, hosiery or petticoats. At this time we are unable to offer international returns or exchanges because of the turn around time.

If you wish to make a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). Your first step is to email us at letting us know your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange and any other details you wish to provide such as improper fit, etc. Please wait to hear back from us with a return approval code before packing up your items. We are super quick to reply! We will provide you with a return approval form to include with your return.

You will not be charged a shipping fee to return an item but will be charged the usual shipping fee to send out the new item if there is one. A return fee of $6 will be charged to return an item/ items. 

Our returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery of your items.

Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to not accept a return if it does not meet this criteria.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. 

Once your return is received it will take 3-5 days for funds to appear in your account if you choose to receive a refund. Exchanges may be made for same item, different size only. Otherwise, a refund or store credit will be issued. 

Any items we deem unacceptable will be subject to a restocking fee of 30%-50% or denial.

I have a coupon and there is a sale, can I use both?

Only one promotion can be used at a time.

I previously purchased something and now it is on sale, can I still get the discount?

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to any purchase placed prior to the start of a sale.
