Louisa is a new style of dress by the wonderful brand Retrospec'd of Australia. Beautiful blue dress with a daisy bouquet pattern throughout. The sleeves have a tie at the top that can tighten or loosen to be a tank style or capped sleeve. The skirt has pleats and is full with hidden side pockets. This dress is not lined.
