Puff Sleeve Celestial Mini Dress in Navy

Celestial mini dress in navy with a tulle lined skirt.  This dress is a pretty midnight blue with a print of gold stars, moons and suns.  The fabric is a lightweight and is lined with 3 layers!  One being tulle, the top layer has a flounced hem and the bottom layer is woven so you are not touching the tulle.  The back bodice is smocked which allows for lots of room in the bust and waist. The sleeves are about elbow length and have an elastic at the hem.
