Celestial Embroidered Wrap Top

 Black embroidered celestial top with a center tie and hook and eye fastener.  The sleeves are 3/4 with a little hem ruffle and the bodice also has a ruffle.  The top can fit multiple sizes, there is an elastic at the back waist. Fully lined. Skirt sold separately.
